At Kiriko Made, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item is not quite right, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all Kiriko tags and labels remain attached to the products.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our workshop inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
