Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about our handcrafted Japanese textiles and apparel.

Where are your products made?

All our products are crafted using traditional Japanese fabrics sourced directly from artisans in Japan, with final assembly and design completed at our studio in Portland, Oregon.

How should I care for my indigo-dyed garments?

Indigo is a living color that may bleed initially. We recommend washing separately in cold water with mild detergent and hanging to dry to preserve the depth of the dye.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags within 30 days of purchase. Please note that custom-made items and final sale pieces are not eligible for return.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship our Japanese-inspired goods worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your specific location.

Are the vintage fabrics one-of-a-kind?

Yes, many of our items utilize vintage Boro or Kasuri textiles. Because these fabrics are antique and hand-selected, each piece features unique patterns and wear that cannot be replicated.

Can I request a custom order?

We occasionally take on custom projects depending on fabric availability. Please contact our support team with your specific request to see if we can accommodate you.
