The Story
Founded in 1946 by Zenichi Sugimoto in Shizuoka, Japan, the Sugimoto Tea Company is a third-generation family-owned and run tea manufacture. From the days of Zenichi hand-delivering his tea by bike, the Sugimoto Tea Company has always seen tea as a way of improving people's lives. Today's our mission is to save the Japanese tea industry by sourcing farm-direct and sharing delicious tea with people all around the world, and through these efforts make people's lives richer and healthier.
