Our GABA is made using 100% hand-picked, high-mountain oolong from Alishan, Taiwan. The finishing process of anaerobic fermentation adds a unique depth and rich character. The resulting tea can be steeped more than once and is layered with flavors of baked yam, dark bread, and spiced apple.
